A beautifully patinated cranberry rake.
The Rake is a decorative piece and a compliment to many spaces. Hanging on a wall, sitting on a console table – the wood is beautiful and makes for an interesting object and conversation piece.
Used to collect ripe cranberries by hand. The berry vines are grown in low lying “bogs” that are flooded at harvest time and the rake was used to scoop the berries off the vines and to collect them as the floated on the water.
